Computer Support Specialist
This 26 week (300 hour) course introduces the student to the role and responsibilities of an A+ Technician and Networking + Technician. GCA has partnered with some of the industry's most trusted employers to build a program tailored to give students a competitive edge in entering the I.T. workforce. Students will be introduced in the A+ portion to preventive maintenance, basic networking, installation, troubleshooting and communication; and, in the Networking + portion, students will be introduced to managing, maintaining, troubleshooting, operating, and configuring basic network infrastructure.
